CLIENT LIMITED LOGO LICENSE

Subject to your written affirmative consent (electronic confirmation is acceptable), as a Firm client ("Client"), you hereby grant the Firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right and
license to use Client’s name, logo, trademark and links to Client’s website (“Client Trademark”), for the limited purpose of disclosing in the Firm's marketing materials and website that the Firm has provided legal services to Client. The Firm hereby agrees that (i) the Client Trademark shall be exhibited and displayed in the exact form provided by Client and in accordance with any Client written requirements; and (ii) within thirty (30) days of Client’s request, the Firm shall discontinue all use of the Client Trademark. The Firm acknowledges Client's sole ownership of the Client Trademark, and all associated goodwill, and that Client retains all right, title and interest in and to the Client Trademark. Client makes no warranties regarding the Client Trademark, and hereby disclaims all warranties that might otherwise be implied by law.

The information we collect from you via e-mail and our prospective client intake form is used to help us respond to your questions and evaluate your unique legal situation. However, information you send does not create an attorney-client relationship, and for your protection, we ask that you do not send time sensitive or confidential information via e-mail. We may ask you for consent to allow us to contact you regarding appointments, case developments, or invoicing. We will never spam text you.
