Krista

Krista Fagan is a commercial lawyer with a background in healthcare. She has negotiated and drafted numerous service agreements and other commercial transactions for various businesses.

Krista brings over ten years of regulatory compliance and legal experience from her time servicing managed care health plans at PerformRx, LLC, a full-service pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) and a subsidiary of AmeriHealth Caritas. Krista started her career leading PerformRx’s regulatory compliance
program. Krista interpreted Federal and State laws and regulations to determine how they impacted day-to-day operations, managed audits and established written policies and procedures and standards of conduct and methods to identify, assess, and prevent risk.
 

She was promoted to Legal Consultant, where she created and built a contract management process. She drafted and saw through to execution a variety of health insurance-related contracts, including employment contracts, software, and license agreements, consulting contracts, participating pharmacy and provider agreements, BAAs, MOUs, and master services agreements.
 

Before attending Widener University Delaware Law School, Krista received her B.S. in business administration from Towson University. Krista has a passion for legal drafting and a knack for creating organized processes, including cradle-to-grave contract management.
 

Krista lives with her husband and daughter in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. She enjoys spending time with family and supports her husband’s high school football team at their alma mater.
